Scope:
Design Build Multiple Year Restoration
Structural concrete repairs
    Seven precast concrete twin “T’s” were repaired
    Supplemental structural steel supports were added
    30,000 sf of concrete pourstrips were replaced
The entire top floor was recaulked
Expansion joint seals were replaced
Damaged electrical conduits and boxes were replaced
One floor received new light fixtures

Site Conditions:
Phase I included parking for a Hotel & Car Rental
Access to the hotel could not be interrupted
Work hours were limited to control noise
