Concrete overlays & Shotcrete repairs.
Waterproofing with asphalt overlay and drainage.
Extensive mechanical, Electrical and Sprinkler system upgrades.

Site Conditions:
Deteriorated Roadway & Loading Dock areas over Interior occupied spaces.
Work had to be phased around the trade show schedules.
