Site Conditions:
The garages remained in service throughout the restoration projects. Each garage was repaired in six to eight phases. Each area had to be captured allowing cars to leave while preventing new cars from coming into the area. The project had a fixed schedule with liquidated damages. All work was completed on schedule.
