Scope:
 Remove and replace concrete tread & riser segments
 Partial depth repairs on concrete retaining wall
 Rout & seal random cracks
 Remove & replace control joint sealants
 Remove and replace expansion joint sealants
 Power wash plaza surfaces
 Apply silane sealer to exposed concrete surfaces
 Fabricate & install wrought iron fencing and handrails
 
Site Conditions:
The project was fast tracked in order to complete the concrete restoration before winter. Portions of the work had to be performed by crewmen in the water. All access to the office buildings had to be maintained throughout the project.
