Scope:
 Restoration of two parking garages and plaza
 Structural concrete repairs consisting of horizontal partial depth, full-depth, and vertical repairs
 Structural repairs to pre-cast concrete twin T’s, inverted T Beams and columns
 Replaced over 4,000 L.F. of expansion joints, including block-out modifications
 Installed a new traffic bearing waterproofing system
 Restoration of the plaza, including new pedestal paver system and hot-applied waterproofing
 Post tensioning repairs
 Various sealant replacements
 Removed and reset granite curbs, restored granite railings
 Electrical improvements
 Plumbing improvements
 
Site Conditions:
 Work was performed while keeping both garages and building entrances in service
